Transcend Appoints New Chief Financial Officer Lisa VanPatten

VanPatten joins team to drive strategic partnerships and manage capital following $20M Series B

PRINCETON, N.J. – (NOV. 7, 2023) — Transcend Software Inc. (“Transcend”), the leading SaaS provider of generative design tools for critical infrastructure, today announced the appointment of Lisa VanPatten as Chief Financial Officer. In her new role, Lisa will drive strategic initiatives—including key partnerships, capital management and potential acquisitions—and lead financial strategy following the company’s $20M Series B funding round this summer.

VanPatten brings 30 years of professional accounting, finance, and management experience and a robust background in financial leadership to Transcend, having served as CFO and Vice President of Finance across both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to Transcend, VanPatten served as Executive Director at MorganFranklin, helping build out the company’s overall consulting practice in Atlanta and the Southeast. As CFO of various high-tech and manufacturing industry organizations, VanPatten has helped raise over $350M in private equity, debt and bridge loans, and $750M in public funds on the NYSE.
