Transcend is disrupting the Engineering and Construction industry. Transcend Design Generator (“TDG”), a first-of-its-kind generative design software platform, enables the companies that design our global infrastructure to automate Design & Engineering work that is currently done manually. There is over 500 billion dollars spent on engineering services each year, and capital planning and project development processes have not changed in decades. These companies are critical to our future, as they design our water, power, roads, and other core infrastructure. Due to their archaic processes, they are not innovating fast enough to impact our environment and help solve Climate Change. Over the last 10 years Transcend has developed and implemented a cloud-based software that completely changes the traditional process and transforms the culture of these engineering and construction firms around the world. The company has a unique remote culture with offices in Europe and the USA.

What you will be doing
We are looking for a growth-minded Content Marketing Manager, that will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively. You will play a crucial role in full funnel content creation, ensuring alignment between our marketing efforts and the needs of our target audience. This position requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive successful marketing campaigns that generate leads, engage customers, and increase brand awareness. This role reports to our Director of Marketing.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Creation:

    • Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audience, and market trends.
    • Develop compelling and relevant content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, webinars, video content, conference speaking submissions, etc.) for various channels, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, whitepapers, and website copy.
    • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, and customer success teams to gather insights and information for content creation to ensure they are equipped with the latest product knowledge and sales materials
    • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing materials.

Customer Marketing:

    • Partner with customer success to understand and tirelessly advocate for our customers’ needs, pain points, and aspirations.
    • Develop and manage customer-focused campaigns to drive product adoption, retention, and advocacy.

Sales Enablement:

    • Develop customer-facing product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools, such as product guides, presentations, and FAQs.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

    • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
    • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to improve ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
    • Utilize marketing automation tools and analytics platforms to track campaign metrics and report on results.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with sales, product management/marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall business goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

We would love to hear from YOU if some of these sound like you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content distribution platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Where you will be doing it:

This position is a 100% remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in North America. Similarly, the people you will be working with are from all over North America and Europe. Applicants should have a willingness to travel to major company functions and conferences, as well as be flexible in working on a diverse team across several time zones – 10-20% travel expected. The ability to travel internationally is a requirement.
