“Marketing Coordinator”

reporting to the “Head of Marketing”.

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Content
    • Create and repurpose marketing content across various channels and mediums (videos, social posts, infographics, eBooks, etc.)
    • Assist in webinar content assimilation and email marketing content
    • Build and maintain a working library of customer testimonials for use across campaigns and channels
    • Keep marketing assets organized and up to date across SharePoint, Confluence, and HubSpot
    • Track press, award, and speaking opportunities; support submissions for relevant campaigns and events
  • Coordination & Reporting
    • Coordinate demand gen assts such as promotional ads and support various marketing campaigns, including webinars, and events
    • Help monitor performance across marketing channels and create performance reports using various analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.
    • Supporting campaign and content planning calendars in addition to project tracking in Monday.com
  • Partnerships
    • Build and maintain a database of industry influencers, partners, and speakers to participate in webinars and podcasts and to co-promote Transcend
    • Interact with third-party partners such as design and SEO firms as needed
  • Website
    • Assist with web testing efforts by logging CRO experiments and capturing performance data
    • Support website and blog content creation, maintenance, and QA

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies or in Marketing
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, including responsibilities that align to field marketing, online marketing, email marketing, and social media
  • Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is a plus
