Tony is a highly-flexible leader, with more than fifteen years experience building and executing growth-centric go-to-market strategies supporting a spectrum of solutions from regulated services to government to enterprise software. As Chief Operating Officer, Tony is responsible for defining the processes that will accelerate long-term growth for Transcend, and leading the day-to-day success of the Transcend team, including sales, operations and customer success.

Prior to joining Transcend, Tony served as President & Chief Revenue Officer of 120Water, where he led business expansion efforts that helped the organization become the fastest growing digital water company in the U.S. and be named to FastCompany’s prestigious annual list of The World’s Most Innovative companies (in the 2021 Social Good category).

Prior to 120Water, Tony led Enterprise Sales at Octiv, a revenue lifecycle software solution that was later acquired by Conga, and was Co-founder and Head of Accounts at Sestertii, a boutique recruiting firm specializing in the talent placement within the electric, power, oil, gas and renewable sectors. With over a decade of experience in business development, account growth, team building, and sales overachievement, Tony is an infectious leader who remains passionate about cultivating teams that are dedicated to maximizing value for customers.
