Head – Product Operations
reporting to the VP – Delivery
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Sole responsible for managing and leading Product Owners.
- Monitor and improve Product Owners’ performance.
- Coordinate and support Project Managers’ and tasks and set priorities.
- Optimize systems and processes used by Project Managers.
- Ensure effective communication between Project Managers and other teams.
- Lead Resource Allocation initiatives based on resources, priorities.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering leaders to improve internal processes, practices and overall project quality.
- Create short- and medium-term roadmaps based on Product Strategy and Technical priorities, collaborated with Product Strategy, Head of Technology and Head of Software Development Strategy.
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
- Experience in IT Project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in software development and minimum 3 years experience in leadership roles
- Fluent English knowledge

- Communication: be able to translate business and process / architectural / mechanical engineering needs to designs and solutions
- Ability to live in a customer-focused start-up world where priorities shift based on customer feedback

- Confidence to take decisions in situations when there is not enough information available
- Humility in admitting being wrong and learning from it
