Account Executive – Enterprise

reporting to the VP of Revenue

Summary of Responsibilities:

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to spearhead new business growth with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) firms. This role will focus on building net-new relationships, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and positioning Transcend’s generative design solutions to solve high-impact infrastructure challenges.

New Business Generation

  • Identify, engage, and close new AEC clients, with a focus on large and mid-sized enterprise firms.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution, following a consultative, value-based approach.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, prioritizing strategic targets in the water, wastewater, and related infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop tailored account penetration strategies to win key logos and expand Transcend’s footprint in the AEC market.

Enterprise & Complex Solution Sales

  • Lead executive-level conversations with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to uncover needs, quantify value, and position Transcend as a strategic partner.
  • Collaborate with technical pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals and demonstrations that address client objectives.
  • Manage complex deal structures, including multi-stakeholder decision processes, tiered structures, and multi-year agreements.

Market Development & Industry Engagement

  • Stay informed on industry trends, challenges, and regulations impacting AEC firms and infrastructure owners.
  • Represent Transcend at key industry conferences and networking events to build brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • ARR quota attainment
  • Revenue growth from new logo accounts
  • Renewal and upsell of accounts after the first year
  • Contribution to total pipeline and closed-won deals.
  • Successful execution of sales plan (closing and pipeline generation)

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Enterprise SaaS Sales and/or Account Management
  • Fluent English skills
  • Experience aligning complex SaaS solutions with customer needs to drive growth
  • Creative & curious mindset
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Track record of consistent quota attainment
  • Experience collaborating with commercial and technical team members to drive customer growth
  • Experience in technical sales/solutions consulting preferred
