Phil Fusacchia

Phil is a commercially focused operations executive with over 15 years of experience leading teams in both large and small enterprises in the water and energy infrastructure industries. Most recently, Phil served as the business unit leader for Carpenter Technology’s transportation and industrial markets, a multi-billion-dollar public company that is a global leader in providing materials and process solutions for critical applications in energy, industrial, infrastructure, and other markets. There he led the business to +20% growth through new market entrance strategies and was responsible for a $500M operating plan.

Phil Fusacchia

Previously Phil held various product and commercial roles across GE’s energy businesses. He joined the company through the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, a post-business school global leadership accelerator. He helped co-found a joint venture, Last Mile Fueling, that provided a turnkey natural gas fueling service utilizing waste gas from upstream oil and gas operations. Phil also led two post-M&A commercial integrations, where he was responsible for go-to-market strategy, sales leadership, demand management, and installed base penetration. Prior, Phil successfully led the project management and construction of 15 water and wastewater treatment facilities, including a first of its kind $65M membrane filtration plant.
