As a New Hire Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our team members are well-prepared to contribute to our company’s success. We are seeking a New Hire onboarding specialist to create seamless and engaging onboarding experience for our new employees. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and continuously improving our onboarding process to help our new hires integrate into the company culture, understand their roles, and become productive members of our team.

Where you will be doing it: This position is a hybrid position with flexibility to work from anywhere in North America, you will be required to travel to Princeton, NJ for a week once a month. Similarly, the people you will be working with are from all over North America and Europe. Applicants should have a willingness to travel for major company functions, conferences, and client meetings as well as be flexible in working on a diverse team across several time zones – 20-30% travel expected. The ability to travel internationally is a requirement.
