Your responsibilities in the Human Resource Department will include:

  • New Employee Onboarding Process; Organize and Maintain Employee Personal folders and documentation for current and new employees’ on the HR database
    • Organize and send all necessary paperwork for New Employees
    • In collaboration with Hiring Manager, create and manage training schedules and invites
    • Manage Employee’s 30-60-90 day goals and timelines with Managers
    • Set up and order IT items for New Hire; laptop, cellphone, equipment needs, inventory
    • Manage and keep records for existing employees’ files; salary/title, address changes and updates
  • Recruitment Efforts; Direct contact with the Hiring Manager to manage the entire selection process of candidates
    • Drafting of job descriptions, scorecards, job posting, LinkedIn promotion recruitment administration, development and management of testing for candidates, interview scheduling, maintain candidate database, follow-up and rejection
    • Evaluate new candidate sources including job fairs, job boards and online services; identifying opportunities to streamline existing recruitment processes
  • Health Benefits Administration; annual renewals; cost comparison
    • Assists with benefit facilitation such as onboarding and open enrollment, acts as a resource for any questions or needs related to employee benefits. Manage the daily functions of various benefit plans, medical, dental, vision, disability
    • Lead the annual benefits renewal process; comparing plans and cost savings; communication across the employees on changes and details
  • Payroll and Expense payment processing; employee calculations, deductions of health benefits
  • Liaison with HR Department in Hungary and HR Department in the United States
  • Change/Update any Company Policies and Procedure Information, Company documents when needed
  • Help organize Company Culture events for the Company; develop and maintain employee engagement programs to maximize retention
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc HR & Admin projects across the organization

We need you on our team if you have the following competencies:

Such information could include (but not limited to) changing business strategies and processes, layoffs, and proprietary data

We would love to hear from YOU if you have:

  • University or College Degree
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years at a VC or PE backed Start Up
  • Experience managing a team (1+ HR support staff) preferred
  • Preference for experience across recruiting, onboarding, and benefits
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Location: Princeton, New Jersey

Ability to travel domestically – About 5% of the time

Valid Driver’s License
