Your responsibilities will include:

Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and partner with them to:

  • Ensure they received an outsized return on investment using Transcend software
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders across your client accounts, gaining trust and respect
  • Leverage project management frameworks to onboard and deliver on large-scale client infrastructure projects
  • Increase user registration and adoption to drive greater volumes of sustainable TDG designs within their organization
  • Continuously build value for clients using data and excellent communication skills, through business reviews, regular usage reports, training materials, and in-person meetings
  • Solicit client feedback and disseminate across various teams within our company
  • Share best practices and use cases from other customers
  • Manage renewal periods and identify upsell opportunities

Within the Customer Success team, you will:

  • Assist other CSMs and teams as needed, providing expertise, mentoring and guidance – embracing our single team approach to customer success globally
  • Document learnings and improving processes to better scale customer success
  • Partner with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Development teams to provide feedback and develop communications on features that will drive the most value with our customers
  • Understand, track, and improve the health, needs and satisfaction of our customers

How success will be determined:

  • renewal and upsell rates
  • number of designs run
  • number of active users
  • client feedback on performance
  • development of resources to demonstrate value to customer
  • contribution to scalable processes within our company

We would love to hear from YOU if some of these sound like you:

  • Experience working in the built environment and/or engineering industry
  • SaaS experience
  • 3+ years of customer facing experience
  • Project Management experience
  • You know how to communicate clearly, use data to your advantage, and organize your time
  • You’re confident negotiating renewals and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities in your book of business
  • You get excited about picking up new technology skills, and the idea of learning the ins and outs gets you pumped
  • Familiarity with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), Collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Atlassian tools, etc.)

Location: Work from anywhere in North America or Europe

Willingness to travel to company conferences and customer on-sites while adhering to COVID guidelines

  • 25% travel expected
  • Ability to travel internationally
